How to use:
Spray two to eight sprays to the affected area and gently rub in or allow to absorb and
air dry. Apply 10-30 minutes before bed for a restful night sleep. Leave on skin for
maximum absorption or if tingling occurs wash off after 20 minutes.

It is common to feel a slight tingle when applying this product. To help ease the tingling
sensation you can apply a moisturiser or oil over the top once it has absorbed.
Discontinue use if rash or irritation occurs.
Recommended for daily use.

Wash hands after use and do not apply to broken skin and avoid contact to eyes. For
external use only. If skin feels dry you may apply moisture over the area which you have
