How exciting you have purchased your product, we are just as excited as you are and we cant wait for you to receive your items.

We have a flat rate shipping of $10 on all orders Australia wide. 

If the order is over 2kg shipping is calculated at the time of check out.

International Shipping fee’s are calculated at time of checkout.

Shipping within Australia.

Please allow 2-10 Business days for your delivery.

Refunds

If you’re unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product please:

Email hello@onebodi.com.au – include your name and order number 

If there has been a mix up with your order please email us at hello@onebodi.com.au and we will be in touch as soon as possible to make it better.

To help things move along as quickly as possible please include your name and order number when returning any products to enable us to issue a refund as soon as possible.

Please be aware that return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that all items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until received by OneBodi.

We have a 21-day policy, which means you have 21 days to return your product or we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund due to a change of mind or opened or used products.

***Please note if your address is entered incorrectly at the time of checkout and your order is sent back to our address we will require you to pay $9 again to have your product re sent. We cannot refund based on an incorrect address received.
